» Production of your order begins immediately after receipt. Therefore your credit card will be authorized and charged as soon as you place your order through our website.

PRODUCT INFORMATION - Jewelry Products
Is your jewelry solid sterling?
» Yes. The Charms, Bracelets and money clip products are .925 solid sterling silver fine jewelry, not silver-plated. We recommend polishing once a month. Complete cleaning instructions will accompany your purchase. Each piece is handcrafted and truly an heirloom to be treasured.
Do I put the photo(s) into the Charms/Pendants myself?
» No. The product comes with the images sealed in each piece so that you have a beautiful, heirloom piece of jewelry that will last a lifetime.
Can I get the photo in the Charms wet?
» Yes. The jewelry is made to last a lifetime. You can wear your jewelry in the shower, doing dishes, swimming. We do suggest not spraying hairspray, perfumes or sunscreens on the jewelry.
How do I care for or keep my jewelry clean?
» We recommend use of a Sterling Polishing Cloth. These are a great way to polish up your piece. Jewelry can be soaked in a phosphate free dishwashing detergent. Appropriate storing of jewelry is very important and care instructions are included with your piece.

How do I keep my handbag clean?
» For regular cleaning maintenance, go over your handbag with a lint brush. You should apply Scotchguard or a similar product that will repel moisture and water when you first receive the bag. For further cleaning, please use a damp soft towel with warm soapy water to remove dirt from the bag.
How are images made and how durable are they?
» Images are actually "baked" into the fabric through what is known as a sublimation process. This sublimation process actually embeds the image into the fabric. The result is an extremely clear image that will not fade, crack or peel.
Do the images snap to the front of the bag (i.e. are they removable)?
» No, images do not snap on the bag, therefore they are not removable. Images are actually "baked" into the fabric with what is known as a sublimation process. What kinds of fabrics are used?
» Images are printed on a white, high-quality micro fiber. The rest of the bag is also constructed with an extremely durable micro fiber. Some bags also include options for leather upgrades.
Can I upload my own image to be used on the handbag?
» No. Time Knot Forgotten Photography must have the digital image on file. Customers can select the image(s) of their choice from those available in the customer's customized portfolio.

SHIPPING POLICIES AND ORDER STATUS
Can you update me on the status of my order?
» In order to check on the status of your order, log in and go to your account. Click on the "View Orders" tab, you will see all the orders that you have placed and the status of each order. If you have further questions you can email Lisa Wolniewitz and we will get back with you within 24 hours.
How are Time Knot Forgotten orders delivered?
» All domestic orders are sent to the address you specify via UPS Ground except for PO Box addresses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
» Your customized Time Knot Forgotten order will take approximately 10-15 business days to be completed and shipped. Orders cannot be processed until all information is received with the photograph/digital image.
Can I have my order rushed through production?
» Not at this time
What are the shipping and handling costs?
» Shipping and handling costs are calculated at time of placing the order using UPS fares and ship to address. All shipments are originated in Lakeway, TX.
Can a finished order be delivered to someone else?
» Yes. We ask you for the shipping and billing address. We will not contact the recipient in any way.
How will I know when my order ships?
» We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation when your order ships. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

RETURN POLICY
What is the return policy?
» All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from shipment. If you need to return a product, please send an e-mail to Lisa Wolniewitz. Appropriate storing of jewelry is very important and care instructions are included with your piece. We will remake unsatisfactory products returned within 30 days, but we do not offer refunds.
Do you have any kind of customer satisfaction guarantee?
» If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 20 days and we will remake it (same product, same image) at no additional cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
» We immediately begin processing your order. Because of the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
